This is a private attic apartment located on the top floor of the home. The entrance is on the driveway side of the house at the top of the stairs. Stairs are required to access the apartment.

Guests have private access to the attic apartment. A shared washer and dryer are located on the back porch of the lower unit and are available for use between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to ensure privacy for all guests.

We live about 25 minutes away and are frequently in the area maintaining the property. We’re happy to help if needed, but respect guest privacy.
