  • Our business model is set up to accommodate short term stays under 3 months. We will consider stays up to six months but will require our cleaning service to clean your short term stay on a bi monthly basis at your expense.

  • Our discounted rates are built in to our pricing system.

  • We do not allow pets unless they are certified service animals.

  • We have a wonderful cleaning service and we do recommend them for service during your stay. There contact information is displayed in your rental.

  • All of our properties are located in quiet resdiential areas and we do not permit gatherings or events. This is strictly enforced.

  • Yes, we are local and have a fast response time. It is our goal to make your stay as stress free as possible.
